Latest SteamOS stable update broke Round and parts of Obsidian #83

Round and no longer functions at all, and Obsidian doesn't apply to some UI elements currently.

Edit: Some of round's functionality came back after a handful of restarts, but a bunch of UI elements are still not being affected.

@Doc-4 Can you please make sure your CSS Loader and Decky are up to date? If so, can you restart the system one more time? A CSS Loader fix was deployed this morning.

All scripts up to date, CSS loader up to date, decky loader, the OS, etc. Couple of restarts, no real change at this point. Some elements get rounded. Others which previously did, now don't. Obsidian has cases where there is part of a menu with it working, and another section that isn't themed right next to it.
