make all libraries installable at once

move libraries into seperate folders, e.g. /usr/lib/*/emgd-{f14,meego1.2,meego-wayland,tizen1.0}

solves conflicts between each other and add possibility to switch between a lib suite at runtime

using debians alternative system for that..
