REFACTOR: Move to nextcord and remove dad references from dadbot #13

This PR switches from discord.py to nextcord. It is a maintained fork of discord.py and supports all the modern features.

This PR also removes accidental references to dad bot that I did not notice when porting over commands, as well as fixing an issue with rate my professor that caused there to be no response if a person misspelled a teacher's name
