move machine learning to separate lesson #12

ML/DL will only be interesting to a few learners. Move it into a new "Julia for ML" lesson. Instead expand on visualisation and add stuff about common scientific computing topics like linear algebra, differential equations, and other common themes from mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, climate etc.

ML and data science part moved to optional episodes now. Longer-term plan is to create separate Julia-ML lesson. Closing issue
