what would go in the config? dont really think its necessary, only thing i could think of is turning off witches but other than that seems useless.

What a great concept for a mod. Thanks for porting it forward! Modpack developers do appreciate being able to configure the mods they include in their packs. In the case of Mana Wells, being able to configure the rarity of the wells in the world, and perhaps the dormant period and absorption limit would be fantastic. (Rarity would be the most useful though.)
