Add WorkedHours view #16

This is the weirdest resource so far. The list view probably only makes sense in the context of a specific period. Even then, there are several modes in which we could display the totals: split by phase (actual, forecast, retroactive), comparison (actual + forecast vs. actual + retroactive), etc. The actions are different as well. There's actually only one, albeit parametrized: calculate.

Yes. This is related to the request made by Desicon that the system should provide some kind of "reporting area". Some standard reports shall be made available. And when the customer has specific requirements (customized report) we will consider if it can be fit for all the other customers, otherwise we can dismiss the request. We shall use this requests as an enhancement of the whole solution and try to avoid isolated requests that will only work for one customer.

I have a bit a trouble with the concept of reporting area, since it breaks semantics in the application. Isn't it more accessible to make the standard data exportable or something (just like printing something, you don't go to the print area). Or will this data be different in form or content?
