synda search shows unpublished sets as 'new' #100

It would be nice if 'synda search' would not show unpublished datasets as 'new'

I guess a replicated datasets is still there where as the original has been unpublished. It might be a question for ESGF. synda cant do what ESGF dont provide. If you have an example it will help us decide if synda can enhance the answer from ESGF.
