synda as conda package #66

It would be nice to have synda also available as conda package. It could be build and provided on conda-forge:

https://conda-forge.org/

You will find there also the cfchecker and cdo: https://github.com/conda-forge/cfchecker-feedstock

You have a doc to how install synda from conda here : https://anaconda.org/ipsl/synda (channel is not yet conda-forge, but it might be in the future (we keep the idea in mind).
