Hi, I want to deploy my project, which should use the Aion as a trigger side. I'm not sure is the project lives or is executors will do everything in time?

The project is live and running. You can test your project in Ropsten before launching on the Mainnet. If you have any question or need assistance you can send an email to dev@ethpantheon.com.
