Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Having the ability to place banners horizontally would be great for both better representing many national flags and for other decor, including infrastructure projects and sports venues.

I think the FlagsH pluggin should be reassessed and tester for issues and enabled if it works well https://github.com/HydrolienF/FlagsH
