[Bug] Fishing doesn't recast if retracted prematurely #286

When loot is expected at the very beginning of biting, fishing manipulation set to afk and ping suddenly improves, fishing rod would reel in not geting anything, but the -x ticks offset isn't detected and rod is't recasted.
