Document the license and where the code is, for the tools MapInfo.jar and WahooMapReader.jar #7

Those tools seems useful to verify the generated map files.

I would like to have a look at the source code of these tools, to see how they work, and potentially also improve them, for example adding some sorting of POIs.

More importantly, I think the license info for those tools should be present, so we know it is fine to use / distribute them.

Adding a bit more info on how to use them to verify / compare generated map files would also be useful.

No idea how this licensing stuff works. The tools you mean were made by Henk/Intyre https://github.com/Intyre If you are really interested I can ask him for the source.
