User control of graphics parameters #10

User should be able to pass all cex parameters listed in help(par), e.g., cex, cex.main, cex.lab, etc.

Including if possible cex for the legend function, and user control of general legend position other than topleft, topright, etc., but at least specification of topleft, topright, etc.
