- Editorial change to update the Hardware Components TR to reference the new location.
- Added a README with contribution guidelines to the Hardware Components directory.
- Updated the individual hardware component documents to reference the new title of the main spec.
- Editorial change to fix the title of the main spec in the two TRs.
