update VL6180 hardware component document to match new Moddable SDK implementation #30

I have built an ECMA-419 driver for the VL6180 range finder/ALS for the Moddable SDK. In doing so, I reworked the associated hardware component document to better match the current version of ECMA-419, including the use of the Provenance Sensor Class Pattern.
