There is a new site for ETH canopy height data (https://www.research-collection.ethz.ch/handle/20.500.11850/609802) and the old url is not accessible. Now the data is available via https://libdrive.ethz.ch/index.php/s/cO8or7iOe5dT2Rt?path=%2F3deg_cogs
