Updating view of Disord and youtube channel link #3736

Description of feature request, idea

Instead of placing link in text It will be attractive if we pace link in icon For Discord link place a Discord icon and when we click that it should redirect to Discord group same for Youtube Link also need a Youtube Icon when we click that it should redirect to Youtube channel
