Mining Drill Breaks Unbreakable Blocks #42

The mining drills, provided by Technic, are able to break normally unbreakable blocks. It can even break through jail blocks without a warden pickaxe, it can even break CLOUD blocks (default:cloud)!

This needs to be fixed. Someone could abuse this

The bug needs to be filed with the mt-mods/technic git repo.
