Routing resources

Create egui tools to make routing easier. Improve on what we had in the Python TAS.

• [ ] Manual movement sequences (with specific types of interactions and movement types as needed)
• [ ] Direct game capture, translating to movement sequences (maybe for juking?)
• [ ] Pathfinding? Defining valid navigation areas by moving around them, creating a navigation mesh.

Tools should copy rust-ready code to clipboard for easy injection in a Seq node-tree.

For points 2 and 3, what i'm hoping to find in SceneManager is:

• enemy coordinates
• some way to determine the collision on maps using raycasting or something?
  • if not at runtime, then precompile based on assets
  • or manually brute forcing with a custom map recorder tool to draw a map)
  • use some type of reinforcement learning during dodges to determine the map and best paths?
