this will literally kill raiding and make space like a million times more lonely and devoid of interaction if they are slightly rare, and if they are pretty rare to find then it would be pretty pointless since they will be more of a target to raiders and will also just be annoying to locate.

Why are you making your suggestion?
Rogue planets could be a safer place for a base for hardy, experienced players or players looking for a hide out, these planets would be very rare in nature and would possess inhabitable temp and no air, they will make deep space worth exploring and will offer marginal safety over normal planets
What do you propose? What should change, or what should be added?
Freezing cold planets, no air, or sun but possess all the same resources as any other planet, using a region cloaker would make them even more hidden, having the possibility to be bastions of resources all the way until universe wipes. These planets to some could act as a deepspace base but better, with full resource generation and safety in turn for inhabitable temp, air, darkness and slightly less safety than an average deepspace base
