Revisioned `adb.py` #10

Changed the start-server function: the connect command is now used only when necessary, since some emulators are automatically added to the adb daemon.
Added the adb global option -e: this way if the daemon finds more than one device, but there is only one emulator, the script won't stop working due to a "more than one device" error.

@hjk22 I was using the bot on my phone because my PC can't run an emulator. And with the new adb.init() it doesn't connect to my phone or something I don't know...

I managed to resolve it myself

Yes, I saw your pull request. Sorry that my changes made you unable to use the bot. I didn't take into consideration that people might use their phones to bot since the script requires a very specific screen resolution that some(?) devices may not be able to support.
