Features added:

KeyboardInterrupt exception handler, which prints bot's stats.
generic exception handler which saves the traceback to traceback.log
Dorm's supplies refilling and dorm tokens and affinity points collector.
Skill levelling with the tier book of choice (based on the config.ini file).
