Integrate WSF_JS_Widget library provided by Yassin and Severin

The repository is becoming quite huge. Shouldn't we create a new repository under the EiffelWebFramework organization for these widgets ?

I agree .. in fact, we should split the repo into many

• core: mainly wsf and ewsgi ...
• and then ... repositories for the various libraries on top of this core.
