No Nicknames in Group Chats #514

Was just trying to set bitlbee up with this plugin, and found that group chats do not have nicknames. It's not clear from #335 whether they ever did, so I'm not sure if this is a bug report or feature request.

I note they also don't show up in groups when using tripplet's Adium plugin, if that helps with bug hunting.

Do you mean an alias on the group chat itself or the users chatting within the group chat are only showing their usernames instead of full names?

I mean the per-user names. I'm only seeing the actual usernames in groups, and not the names people can set/change for themselves.

I guess I have the sme problem, but it's in Pidgin for me. I see user account/login names instead of full/real names in groupchats.

So it's like live:blablasomething and I have to guess every time who are these people. I have to notice it's not for everyone. just some of contacts are shown like this.

I also tried to use the plugin via spectrum and there it's even worse. Almost all contacts do not have full names, especially after reconnect.
