Client - Receipt form validation

The form should be validated before sent to webAPI:

• [x] Balance must be 0
• [x] Account must be 4 digits (number). Should probably refuse none-digits
• [x] Debit/Credit must be digits (can have decimals). Should probably refuse none-digits
• [ ] You cannot have both debit and credit on the same row. One of them must always be 0.
