Dedicated Server's don't broadcast to LAN #223

What happened?

When hosting dedicated servers, the game doesn't broadcast to LAN. This might not seem that important, but to people with modems that don't support loop-back, they can not play on their own server unless they use direct connect with their local ip. It is important to those people.

How can the issue be reproduced?

  1. Start a dedicated server on your local network

  2. Try to find said server in the LAN Browser

it does answer to the clients server detection broadcasts, the client might not be able to display a server without any users correctly.
