CLN integration #284

CLN is the next node we shall support, I will fork the project and start working on this as a side-project.

It is not on the official roadmap as we don't use CLN at Elenpay for now, but I would like to work on this on my own, I'm afraid I don't have any timeline, I made some initial analysis and CLN api should work fine, that's what I can say.
