Chat doesn't work when usingTowny='false' #15

Hello, When a player is in a world where Towny is deactivated (usingTowny='false'), he can write on the general chat (and it can be seen in other worlds) but he cannot read messages from others nor from himself. It's very frustrating because on my server I have deactivated Towny in the Nether, and nobody can talk there.

Ok, it's a compatibility issue with Essentials Chat. I'll close this.
