The locking occasionally stays active after releasing Ctrl #12

Describe the bug Sometimes releasing the Ctrl key after holding it doesn't deactivate the cursor locking. It seems to happen irregularly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Press the Ctrl key and release it
  2. Try to move the cursor to another monitor
  3. If you can move the cursor to the other monitor then the anomaly didn't occur so try again.

Expected behavior The cursor locking should always be disabled when the Ctrl key isn't pressed.
