[x] Setup Slack
[ ] Update and Improve the about page (https://tess.elixir-europe.org/about/), this should include links to all methods of communication, the roadmap and meeting minutes.
[ ] Setup GitHub Issues Template and update about page to explain how people can submit bugs / feature requests

Currently I am having some permissions problems.
