Some numbers are placeholders with actual values & others are missing the values. Stick with one of them.

When a user goes back from the instanceTitles to the courseNew page befor finishing the creation of the course the toggles will be set correctly as they used to be befor advancing to the instanceTitles but the inputs below remain hidden.
