Login and number parsing fix #1

Hello!

Recently I ran into some issues running this extension:

1) Login failed (I guess Bondora's action attribute on the form changed) 2) Number parsing failed (whitespaces between decimal characters were not eliminated)

This PR will fix these issues.

Great, thanks for the fix! Seems like Bondora changed their semantics not too long ago. I'll have the moneymoney people sign the extension as soon as possible.
