Lava Walls Terrain #509

Make lava default terrain when hazards are off, to fix the lava wall issue (dont know how to explain it)

I think basically what TheMan means is that when you have hazards off and you slide against a lava wall (that you can lava bounce off of), you just kinda fall slowly. It's hard to explain. So I recommend booting up Tag (w/ GS), and go to Molten Magma Galaxy, in the cave area, there's a little lava wall. Jump against that wall and you'll see Mario sloooooowly falls down. Here's an example:

Oh that thing, yea fixing that would make hazards reset the round if hazards were turned back on... not ideal. I'll see if there's another solution
