Fix 404 when using duplicate filter/category names

When using an filter with the same name as the category your in, you get an 404.

• Use SEO path urls setting
• Disable ajax filtering
• Make a category with the same name as an filter (for example new)
• Go to the category and select the filter with the same name

Expected result:

• Catalog page with filtered results

Actual result:

• 404 page
