This should include,

first name, last name, phone number, email, password, confirm password as input.

first name, phone number, email, and password should all be required.

there should be a script that confirms if password is equal to confirm password.

Ok...I can work with that pending the time our designers are true with design, I'll try to have a good understanding of how it works b4 then

You can break this task into two, then work on a part and leave the other part for your second... also comment how you would break up the task
