Feat lsl parsing

Description

• The Data parser now adds LSL time to parsed data.
• Added support to specify column headers (in output files) from a JSON file

For testing

• set up anaconda
  • create new environment with python 3.7
  • other python versions seem to be giving errors when installing psychopy
  • open anaconda prompt(command line version of anaconda)
  • switch to the new environment by using conda activate new-env-name
  • install psychopy using pip install psychopy
  • install lsl. check out their installation instructions here
  • brief instructions
    • run conda install -c conda-forge liblsl
    • run pip install pylsl
  • after all dependencies are installed, switch to directory containing merker.py
  • run marker.py
  • python marker.py
• This starts a marker streams which can be picked up by the oscilloscope.
  • you should be able see LSL markers received count in the oscilloscope status bar
• Start a recording using new oscilloscope
• parse the data
  • use the new json file to specify additional timestamps in output file
