Describe the bug Installer installed v1.7.1 of the oscilloscope is giving: [notice ] check if network adapters are enabled (and it does not detect any EmotiBits).

Running v1.7.2 from either from VisualStudio or from the VS-built .exe file does detect the network adapters properly

Setup:

EmotiBit Oscilloscope v1.7.1 installed from installer (either normal or run as admin)
OS: Windows 11 (up to date 2023-03-20)
Network: Produce Consume (wifi or ethernet)
