Guys I recently hard reseted my Lumia 640 xl rm-1065, and I can't sideload anything because I don't have acess to mass storage mode , which means that I can't enable developer mode.

Is there any way? Even if to acess Main OS partition from File Explorer?

That's an issue I haven't managed to resolve yet personally so I can't suggest much there, 16212 is so bugged it makes stuff difficult after a hard reset, which is a pain as a hard reset is required to get Edge working..

All I can suggest is redo the process but follow the Unlocked Bootloader guide and install the unsigned developer menu when on 14393 instead of the signed Dev menu, this will give you the developer menu after hard resets.. but more can break if you use the unlocked bl method so please proceed with caution if you do

It seems like some devices like XiaoMi Mi4 is unlocked and enables the developer menu by default
