RFE: SSL/TLS Support #38

Hi,

please consider adding support for "ssl/sip" e.g. used by "Tandberg-4135 VoIP server"

Current code doesn't really work for anything but UDP so I cannot add such support easily. Patches, of course, are welcome ;-)
