I want to Peek/dequeue an RSM-014 CIM XML with the result of the total production for a grid area.
So that I can verify the result
Acceptance criteria and must have scope
[x] The MDR can Peek/dequeue an RSM-014 CIM XML with the result of the total production for production metering points with connection state connected (remember reconnection) and disconnected (but not new and closed-down) for a grid area.
[x] The result is aggregated on a quarterly resolution ex. 96 entries for a day.
