As a developer I Want to have a better structure of our container, table and checkpoint references So that I can set up all references one place in a configuration instead of having configuration settings in every notebook
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Only one place that I should configure references and widgets
[ ] For testing purpose we need to have a "UsePlayground" toggle to be used in our workflows that can configure all relevant references for the playground database
[ ] For testing purpose we need to have a "NukePlayground" toggle to be used in our workflows so we can run tests from landing zone to gold
[ ] Landing_To_Gold_Fully_In_Playground runs correctly with "UsePlayground" toggle
