Config Skill Breaking #493

Config files with skills that have "Effect Key" set, breaks for unknown reasons with strange formatting in the config files. Breaks the skill's particle effects that have that effect key setup. I'm not 100% sure if that is the core issue, because i tried to test and remove the "Effect Key:", but it came out the same way.
