Handling API Key Access Errors (Error Code 403)

• All functions no longer fails when API does not have access to a resource
• Functions returns a sentinel and then prints instructions suggesting the user may upgrade the API KEY
• Test Cases updated to only test conditions based on API Key Access Rights. -- This means to fully test the API You will need an API Key with access to all resources

Handling Cases where the User forgets to setup their Environment

• All functions will test for the presence of an API Key if not found then they will raise and error,
• instructing the user to read instructions on how to setup their Environment Variable from the Repo's Readme.md File
