Using notifications from this package https://atmospherejs.com/themeteorchef/bert , first customize the notification to fit with the U-Judge style and then use it for the following sections:
[x] Errors/warnings on login page
[x] Errors/warnings on register page
[x] Errors/warnings on reset pw page
[x] Errors/warnings on create event page
[x] Show success message on admin console once switching states from create event page upon creating an event
[x] Show event deleted message after deleting event in admin console(Also make a confirm? notification)
[x] Show scores deleted message after resetting scores in admin console (Also make a confirm? notification)
