Chrono Cross Swap Disk Freeze

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the game (first file, memorycard is attatched to the issue)
2. Move the boat into the white circle light and press X
3. A little bit of text will show up, and then it will ask you to insert disc 2.
4. Go into the WiiSX menu go to the Current ISO option, and swap disk to the 
2nd CD and resume.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- The expected output is being able to continue playing the story. I don't see 
anything, it has a frozen screen of the WiiSX menu, I did a save state though 
and loaded that and it stays stuck in the same "Please Insert Disc 2" screen.

What version of CubeSX or WiiSX are you using? On what console?

- WiiSX Beta 2.1, on Wii

Are you using HLE BIOS or a real BIOS (SCPH1001, etc)?

- SCHPH1001

Which core type is being used, Dynamic Recompiler or Interpreter?

- Dynarec
