I managed to add exchange contact folder to my address book. People are showing up, even their images is shown correctly however instead of their e-mail address, they have LDAP node information, similar to this:
I did not find any configuration possibilities to fiddle around with. Real e-mail address did not show up in any other contact field that I could see. Our exchange server is Office356.

x500:/o=Company/ou=CompanyAG/cn=Recipients/cn=userid
in additional e-mail I have this:
SPO:SPO@SPO
