Enhancement - Support wild card layer names in the dynamic value table #111

We have the Attribute Assistant DynamicValue table set up, and notice that the TableName column allows wildcard * so that the rule runs on every layer. Is it possible to make a partial wildcard so it runs on layers that match? Such as WaterSupply Wastewater That way certain rules will run on every WaterSupply layer (but not Stormwater etc.) rather than duplicating the rule for each layer.

Not yet, I can set aside some time to look into it. I know when I first evaluated it, it was not going to be an easy task.
