Add "gridded-reference-graphic" tag so this repo shows up in search #377

The GRG Home page GitHub button is showing search results that do not include this repo. Adding the tag "gridded-reference-graphic" so it will also show up in the results.

Cancelling this PR According to @csmoore the tags need to be added manually (in the project settings?) for the repo by someone who is an admin on it. @dfoll @topowright @lfunkhouser

@BobBooth good idea though, can you log an issue for this, and we'll get someone who is an admin to do it?
