It would be nice to provide some cartographically polished GRG MGRS lines #43

There is UI in the configuration pane for setting up color/line width/transparency for the grid lines. We have been talking about the possibility of exposing some of this to the user. I think that it would be useful for us to provide a set of two or three cartographically polished line sets that the user could pick from. One could be adapted for imagery. One could be for topo basemap. etc... Maybe a "light background/dark background" pair.

@BobBooth in the time since you opened this issue I opened a couple of related ones to add halos to labels and to make the default GRG as neutral as possible so that it pops on all basemaps. I think @adgiles added that dark blue which looks great. In addition, there are many more configuration settings than before. When you get a chance, look at the widget and let us know if you still think we should implement some line sets for the configuration page (that would happen in a later release, it would just be good to document)
