Here is the list of settings that should be visible in this panel:

[x] select reference system
[x] cell outline color and transparency
[x] cell fill color and transparency
[x] note that says WGS 84 (see mockup)
[x] label font size and color

@joebayles how does your mock-up look regarding selecting a reference system? If we had a toggle or drop down for the reference system, it wouldn't actually change anything because in WGS84 MGRS and USNG are the same
